Join fellow Gilda’s Club members for a discussion that centers around wellness and coping skills. What coping skills do we currently utilize to keep us healthy and well?

Embellish the outside of your box with decoupage, paint, 3-dimensional materials or collage images. What tangible items will you put inside your box to help you cope when you’re struggling? Photographs, music, relaxing scents? Materials will also be available to make your own stress ball to add to your box.
