In Person at Gilda's Club Madison
7907 UW Health Court Middleton, WI 53562
Description:
When we have a physical illness or injury, we may treat it with medicine or surgery. How are these treatments symbolic of the same treatments we use for emotional wellness, such as talking to a friend or practicing mindfulness?
Join fellow Gilda’s Club Members to design a Healing Hospital or wellness center that would help you heal your heart and mind when you're struggling. What would you offer at your wellness center in hopes of reaching optimal wellness?
Spaces are limited & registration is required.
